Budget Development

Determining the project budget is critical for land development. DP Development will review the project and use its experience and expertise to provide an initial budget for the project. From there, we will leverage relationships with local and qualified site contractors to secure multiple bids. We will also work with the design team to value engineer the project based on our experience and the feedback of the site contractor community.

Site Contract Buyout

DP Development will then work to qualify the most comprehensive bid to ensure that all scope is included. From there, we will negotiate a contract and award the project to a specified contractor.

Site Construction

We will lead all site construction activities to ensure grading and infrastructure, including storm drainage, utilities, and roads, are installed per plans and specifications and in accordance with the contract documents.

Project Closeout

DP Development will work with the applicable municipal agencies to reach project closeout including all necessary final inspections for turnover and/or public dedication of storm drainage, utilities, and roads.
